Prerequisite:
A Private Lesson (2-hour minimum) is required before enrolling in the Mentorship Program to ensure compatibility and customize your experience.
Return and Refund Policy
Workshops & In-Person Seminars)
• Cancellations made 31 days or more in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward a future event.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, but may receive a credit toward a future educational event.
• No-shows will not receive a refund or a credit.
• If the event is canceled by the organizer for any reason, attendees will be issued a full refund or a full credit toward a future event.

All webinar purchases are non-refundable.
Registrants receive access to view the webinar content after purchase, and digital access cannot be rescinded once granted.

Private-Hire Seminars
For privately hosted educational events, all refund, deposit, and rescheduling policies are outlined in the individual contract between Sarah Penrod and the hosting salon or organization. Please refer to your signed agreement for details.

Sarah is the Director of Education and Events Coordinator as well as a Sponsor for TPPGA.
Our goal is to elevate pet grooming standards in Texas through professionalism, education, and ethical practices while promoting a higher standard of care, safety, and sanitation within the Texas Pet Grooming Industry. We also strive to provide valuable resources for pet parents and aim to enhance industry relations while advocating for legislative support to better the pet grooming industry.
